Salesforce offers a great deal of training material, and you can get a lot of trailhead badges. Which is great but not enough to be good at it in real life. What's it like to be in a real-life implementation? Well, it's kind of being in a ninja war.

Imagine there are several ninja schools, and these schools are going to battle from time to time. They need fighters, they promote their school. You watch these experienced, black belt ninjas and you want to join. In no time you'll be at that level. Enthusiastically you sign the contract, you are a ninja.
