Who Will Benefit:

Requirements for application:

  • You can commit to at least 75% of the 43 sessions which are run almost every Friday for 1.5 hours from 2pm - 3.30pm (UK Time). The one-year programme runs from January until December 2024.
  • You understand that the fee for the full programme is £3,000 and you have the security of a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • You understand that your enrolment can be cancelled at any time if you do not adhere to the code of conduct as outlined above with no refunds provided.

1. Active Listening Series

  • Master the art of active listening to enhance communication effectiveness.

2. Emotional Intelligence (EI) Mastery

  • Develop self-awareness, self-motivation, and fear management.
  • Master emotional intelligence for social interactions and empathy.
  • Explore social intelligence, human needs, and building rapport.

3. Communication and Influence:

  • Hone questioning skills for structuring arguments and Socratic questioning.
  • Understand intention analysis and handling difficult conversations.
  • Learn strategies for managing change, resistance, and conflict.

4. Power and Influence:

  • Explore power dynamics and influence tactics.
  • Understand power and influence in the workplace.
  • Develop skills in stakeholder management and professional behaviour.

 5. Consulting Essentials:

  • Gain insights into consulting methodologies and project approaches.
  • Understand project team roles and responsibilities.
  • Engage in role-playing activities for active listening and discovery.

6. Project Management and Documentation:

  • Learn the basics of process mapping and its application.
  • Practice process mapping with role-playing scenarios.
  • Understand project kickoff, discovery, and documentation of business requirements.

7. Advanced Consulting Techniques:

  • Delve into delivering solution playbacks and effective communication.
  • Explore the nuances of documenting user stories and reviewing process maps.
  • Participate in role-playing sessions for user stories and process map reviews.

Application Process

We have limited spots available for the Salesforce Consulting Leadership Programme each year. Here’s how you can apply:

  1. Express Your Interest: Complete a short questionnaire by registering your interest.
  2. Initial Screening: If shortlisted, you'll receive an email inviting you to schedule a Zoom call with Pei. This call will help us determine if you and the programme are a good fit for each other.
  3. Final Acceptance: If the conversation is successful, you will be offered a place in the Salesforce Consultancy Leadership Programme, contingent on space availability and full payment.
